Website privacy & cookies

This notice covers the public Crux website and its pilot request form. Questions about your company’s private Crux workspace should go to your workspace administrator.

Website analytics

We do not currently run PostHog, advertising trackers, or session recordings on this website. If we add optional analytics, we will explain what it collects and ask you to opt in before it loads. You will be able to decline or change your choice.

When you request a pilot

We save the name, company, work email, and message you submit in the Crux founders’ inbox so they can respond and discuss a pilot. When email notifications are enabled, your inquiry is also sent through our email provider.

Please leave out passwords and confidential company information. Pilot requests do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. You can contact us to request access, a correction, or deletion.

Cookies and saved preferences

The public website saves preferences you choose. Sign-in cookies are used on app.getcruxai.com. We do not set optional analytics or advertising cookies.

Sign-in cookies
crux_session and crux_founder_session keep you signed in after you log in. They expire after seven days by default; an installation can use a period from one to 30 days. Signing out clears the relevant cookie.
Display preferences
crux-theme and crux-hero-motion remember your chosen theme and animation setting where those controls are available. These preferences stay in your browser’s local storage until you change them or clear the site’s data.

You can clear cookies and saved preferences in your browser settings. Clearing sign-in cookies will sign you out.
